Jeremy Brown

Atlanta-based, contemporary visual artist Jeremy Brown was born in Cape Town, South Africa, and spent a good portion of his youth in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia, before immigrating to the US. Brown is known for his unique, vibrant abstract paintings, generally including uplifting or informative messages within. Brown's multilayered paintings includes his signature use of bold colors, loose brushwork, blend of actual and implied textures. His art also includes text lifted directly from his personal journals. Brown uses his artwork as an expression of his unique visual language inspired by spirituality, philosophy, music, poetry, fashion, and the human experience.

"My work is a depiction of my constant seeking of understanding, purpose, and growth. It all spills directly onto my canvases," says Brown. "We have collectively experienced some challenging times, and I hope that my work can be a source of light and inspiration."
